Frequently asked questions

What is the return policy?

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Are any purchases final sale?

All sale are final. You may return an item within 7 days of receiving it in exchange for a replacement if available or store credit minus any shipping or custom fee cost we have incurred. ANY item that is returned must be unused and with the tags still attached. NOTE: You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
In the case that an item is out-of-stock, you will be refunded.

When will I get my order?

  • All orders are processed within 5-7 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
  • You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase has been made, and another email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.
  • Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are correct at checkout — we are not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or incorrect information.

2. Domestic Shipping (Within Nigeria)

We deliver to all 36 states across Nigeria.

  • Standard Delivery: 3-7 business days (depending on your location).
  • Express Delivery: 2–3 business days (available in Abuja).
  • Deliveries are made through trusted courier services such as GIG Logistics, GUO depending on your selected option.
  • Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

3. International Shipping

  • Unavailable for now.

4. Delivery Attempts

  • Our delivery partners will contact you via phone or SMS before delivery.
  • If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, they may attempt redelivery or contact you for pickup arrangements.
  • Orders not collected or delivered after multiple attempts may be returned to us. In such cases, additional shipping fees may apply for redelivery.
  • Important: We are unable to refund or replace any packages that have been confirmed as delivered. Please ensure your delivery address is correct and secure.

5. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are displayed at checkout before payment.
  • Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions within Nigeria — keep an eye on our website or social media for announcements.

6. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email or SMS with your tracking number.
  • You can track your shipment directly on the courier's website or through your Shopify order page.

7. Delays & Issues

  • While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, unexpected delays can occur due to logistics challenges, weather conditions, or national events.

Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
